Vishwak Sen starrer Das Ka Dhamki became the latest victim of piracy. The pirated copy was released online within an hour of its theatrical release. The source of the leak was identified as iBomma. This is not the first time the new release has faced this leak issue. Many big-budget films and web series are easily found their way to piracy. Like iBomma, Das Ka Dhamki Telugu movie was also leaked by torrent websites like Filmyzilla, Khatrimaza, 1Tamilmv, Movierulz, and Tamilblasters.

Vishwak Sen himself directed the film. It also features Nivetha Pethuraj, Rao Ramesh, Akshara Gowda, Aadi, and Rohini in prominent roles. Unfortunately, despite the safety measures, Das Ka Dhamki full movie was leaked online, which might affect movie makers’ box office collection and efforts.

The film is about waiter Krishna Das and his look-alike Dr. Sanjay Rudra. The waiter loses his job and his girlfriend on the same day, and at the same time, his look-alike Sanjay dies in an accident. To save Sanjay Rudra’s company, his friend brings the waiter to pose like him. But things started going sideways. The series of events in his life is the main crux of the film.


Vishwak Sen’s performance was outstanding; with this movie, he made a milestone in his directing career. Nivetha Pethuraj delivered her best performance as the female lead. Leon James outdid himself with the songs and background music. It’s a wonderful movie to watch with family and friends.

The OTT release date and platform will be announced soon. It usually takes at least 30 days for a film to be released online. According to the sources, ZEE5 acquired the streaming rights and is expected to be streamed online on April 2023.
