K Krithivasan is the current CEO of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) with succession over Rajesh Gopinathan, who resigned from the post for other interests. K Krithivasan was born and brought up in Trichy and moved to Coimbatore for an under graduation. He also did a Master’s degree in Industrial and Management Engineering from IIT Kanpur. He started his TCS career in 1989 and pursuing a three-and-a-half-decade-long career in various roles. Presently, Krithivasan is the President and Global Head of the BFSI Business Group at TCS.
