Jigarthanda Double X is the upcoming Tamil language action drama helmed by Karthik Subbaraj. After the blockbuster hit of Jigarthanda (2014), the makers have scripted the sequel. According to sources, Actor and Dance master Raghava Lawrence and SJ Suryah will be doing the lead roles in the film. There is trending talk about the plot and script, which will be a major breakthrough in the Kollywood industry.
The film pooja is to happen on 11 December 2022 in Madurai. The 70s/80s period set work happened at Kodaikanal.
Interestingly, Jigarthanda is remade in Kannada with the same title, while Gaddalakonda Ganesh in Telugu and Bachchan Pandey in Hindi.
