Satyendar Jain aka Satyendra Kumar Jain is a politician from the Aam Aadmi Party, who served as a cabinet minister in the Government of Delhi led by Arvind Kejriwal. He also worked for various ministries that include Home, Power, Water, Industries, Health and Family, Irrigation, and more. Satyendar Jain was involved in Anna Hazare’s movement against corruption. Tragically, he was arrested by ED (Enforcement Directorate) for allegations of Money Laundering through four companies.
According to sources, Satyendra Jain has been going through medical issues, he was getting a massage inside the Tihar jail. The video of getting Physiotherapy in the cell was leaked by Enforcement Directorate to the media. This led Jain, to move to court for a plea against the ED for allegedly leaking the CCTV footage. Special Judge Vikas Dhull issued a notice to the ED seeking its response and accusation of the agency.
