• CONTROVERSY: In September 2021, Jayalakshmi’s husband Sathish released a video in order to seek protection from minister Sekar Babu. Sathish said that he and Jayakalyani are in relationship for more than five years. He also said, Sekar Babu strongly opposed this relationship, so he and his partner secretly went to Mumbai on August 2021. He was traced by his Aadhar number and then minister separated him from his daughter, Sathish includes further. It is alleged that Jayakumar’s supporters attacked the family members of Sathish.
